So forever ago I transfered a balance on amex. And I get a statement saying I owe 3k. Which was transfered a month ago or more to a chase card. So I call amex. As I am connecting to customer care the bot says "to speak to a representative it will be 1.99 a minute" you've got to be shitting me! So I hung up. Guess ill have to email them. That's just crazy. First off they'll put you on hold at least 3 minutes to begin with! Since when did amex become a singles live chat line.seriously.
